Last updated September 12, 2026. These terms describe using Evergreen Graves to find and arrange grave care with local providers.
Booking a visit
A submitted request is not a confirmed visit. Your selected partner must accept it. Check the service description, price, date, time zone, cemetery, and plot details before submitting. The booking page records the current status of your request.
Prices and payment
Partners set their own service prices. For online-payment bookings, pay Evergreen through Stripe after your partner accepts and before the visit begins. Your booking page shows when payment is confirmed. Existing bookings that specify direct payment continue to use that arrangement. Confirm any additional work or charges with the partner before work begins.
Partner earnings
Evergreen deducts a platform fee from the service price. The default fee is 10%; service and partner-specific rates may apply. Partners can see current fees and expected earnings in account settings. The applicable fee is fixed when the family first starts checkout. For new online payments, earnings are transferred to the partner’s connected Stripe account when Evergreen captures payment. Refunds may reverse those earnings. Connected accounts use automatic bank payouts; Stripe verification, available balances, and payout schedules affect when funds reach the partner’s bank. Existing payments keep their original transfer arrangement.
Changes and cancellations
Use your private booking link to cancel an eligible request or accepted visit before its scheduled start. Cancellation releases the reserved time; if Evergreen has received payment, the refund is submitted for processing and its status appears on the booking page. Bank processing affects when a refund arrives. Contact the partner or Evergreen if you need help changing a confirmed visit, cancelling after the scheduled start, or resolving a service or payment issue. Weather, cemetery access, and site conditions may require a different visit date.
Accurate information and permission
Provide accurate contact and location details and arrange only work you have permission to request. Cemetery rules and permissions apply to all visits. Partners are responsible for describing their work accurately and using appropriate care methods.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep sign-in and booking links private. Do not impersonate another person, submit fraudulent requests, upload material you do not have permission to use, or interfere with the service. Partner applications are reviewed before publication; publication does not guarantee booking volume or a particular service outcome.
