Last updated September 12, 2026. This notice describes information used by the Evergreen Graves website and partner workspace.
Information you provide
We store contact requests, account details, partner profiles, service areas, prices, and booking details that you submit. Booking details can include your email address, a cemetery and plot reference, and instructions for a care visit. Please share only what is needed to arrange care.
How information is used and shared
We use this information to sign you in, review partner applications, display approved listings, arrange requested visits, respond to inquiries, and send service messages. The partner receiving your request can see the contact and visit details needed to provide care. Approved listings display the partner’s business or professional name, city and state, services, prices, and any public profile photo or tagline. A partner’s street address is not displayed in search results.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the service and stores its data and images. Resend delivers account and service emails. Google processes business and address searches. Stripe processes online payments, refunds, partner identity verification, and payouts. Stripe receives the contact, service, amount, and account information needed for those functions. Payment card details and partner bank details are entered directly with Stripe; Evergreen stores payment references, amounts, fee records, and transaction status.
Cookies and browser storage
Sign-in cookies keep your session active. The partner workspace uses browser storage for account-specific drafts and cached profile details. Private booking links grant access to a booking; keep them confidential. Technical request information is also used to operate the service and limit abuse.
Your choices
Partners can edit their profiles and notification preferences in the workspace. Essential account and booking messages are part of providing the requested service. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email hello@evergreengraves.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
